If I was planning on going to the beach for a day, I'd say things like, "It'll probably rain anyways,", which of course, it would! I was always falling into these tales of recapturing all the bad stuff, and never found myself gloating in all of the good stuff.
When all of the 'bad' stuff started piling up, I felt as though I was suffocating, and realized it was time for me to make a change in my life...and it had to start with the way I viewed my world.
That was five years ago, and since I've made these changes, and started looking at the bright side of life, I've found that there are many more bright sides than there are dark!
So what is the difference between a positive person and a negative person? EVERYTHING!
When you are in a positive place, you tend to see yourself, and the world around you as good. Because of the Law of Attraction, we tend to attract what we feel most. When we think 'good' thoughts, good things happen.
The same is true with negative behaviour. When you are in a negative spot, you tend to see yourself and the world around you as negative. Because of this, you attract more and more negativity into your life; which puts you in a more negative place! (It really is a viscious circle!)
I must add, that positive living, doesn't eliminate the bad stuff. Choosing to live positively helps you to appreciate all that you have, and helps you to see small set backs as an opportunity for growth.
